energy that you spent during the activity. Eating protein is highly encouraged to help cell regeneration. Here is a simple and easy post race
meal that is both healthy and nutritious.
Pork Steak
1 kilo pork steak cut
Marinate pork overnight in
165ml soy sauce
165ml soy sauce
165 ml banana ketchup
1 tbsp oyster sauce
15-20pcs kalamansi
Salt
Pepper
Optional:
Minced garlic
Chilli powder
Grill pork until tender (3-4minutes per side). Before serving squeeze calamansi/ lemon on top.
Best Served with rice.
